Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Do you take Commissions?
I'm always interested in hearing commission ideas. I do, however, reserve the right to refuse any idea for a commission.
2. What is the cost of shipping?
As long as you live in the Continental US, shipping is included in the purchase price. I usually ship via USPS priority mail. If you would like to arrange an alternative shipping method, please contact me. International customers please contact me for a shipping estimate.
3. What is your return policy?
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your pipe please return it unsmoked within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund of the purchase cost. Return shipping not included.
4. Do your pipes carry any sort of Guarantee?
My pipes are guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defect for one year after purchase. If your pipe develops a problem you may return it for refund or exchange (if unsmoked), or repair.
5. Do you repair pipes?
I do repair pipes from time to time, but it is not something I enjoy. I will gladly repair my own pipes, but if you have another pipe for repair please contact me and I will tell you if I will agree to repair your pipe.
6. Do you have a layaway program?
Of course! I realize that as much as I try to fit my pipes into every man's budget, it is a large financial committment for some. Contact me for details.
